BEFORE + AFTER

The initial goal of this renovation was a basic refresh of painting and bathtub refinishing. However, removal of the existing linoleum and bath fitter exposed major water damage in the floor and shower walls.

The renovation budget was expanded to include new pergo flooring as an alternative to repairing the hardwood.

Renovation project highlights include:

  • Professional refishining of original American Standard bathtub
  • Addition of new pergo flooring
  • Shower enclosure with white subway tiles
  • New vanity and toilet
