  • A: Content + Co. is located in Long Branch, New Jersey. We keep our exact address private until a booking is fully locked in—very similar to how Airbnb handles things.

    Because this is our primary residence (On-Site Hosts), and we don't host walk-ins, it just helps us keep the property secure and exclusive for guests like you!

  • The property can be rented as:

    • individual suites (double occupancy)

    • multiple suites (all 3 suites; 8 ppl)

    • or as a full buyout with exclusivity for your group (8 people max.) which grants access to the dining room , kitchen and Hosts vacate.

  • A: While getting to the area via public transit is easy, having a car is recommended for getting around locally, as our neighborhood is not very walkable.

    Ride share is readily available in our area.

    Here are the best ways to reach us:

    • By Car & Onsite Parking: Driveway parking is available right on the property for up to 1 vehicle per reservation. Additional free street parking is available.

    • By Train (NJ Transit): Take the NJ Transit North Jersey Coast Line from NYC Penn Station or Newark Liberty International Airport. We are located just a 5-minute drive / Rideshare (Uber or Lyft) away from both the Long Branch Station and Little Silver Station.

    • By Ferry (SeaStreak): For a scenic ride from Manhattan, take the SeaStreak Ferry from Wall Street (Pier 11) or East 35th Street directly to Highlands or Belford. From the ferry terminal, it is a short 15–20 minute drive or rideshare to the property.

  • A: The property is approximately 1.5 miles from the North Entrance of Seven President’s Oceanfront Park.. We recommend guests drive, ride a bike or ride-share to the beach; we are not walking distance.

    We are also driving distance to Pier Village Boardwalk, Long Branch Public beaches and Gateway National Park (Sandy Hook).

  • A: Our suites and shared spaces are kept allergen-free for all guests, we are generally pet-free.

    The only exception is if you are booking a full buyout of the entire property, in that case, dogs are welcome with prior approval and pet fee.

    Service animals are happily accommodated as required by state regulation.
